how do I open a membership account?
you can open your account in two ways:
1. sign up directly on our website
2. account activation after placing your order
after you place your order with us, we will automatically create an account and send an activation email to your email address.
if you are a returning customer and have not activated your account through our activation email, you can simply create a new password with your email address.
what is the shipping time?
all eyezolate.com products are shipped to the courier for delivery within 2-3 days* from monday to friday. (orders must be placed before 12:00 noon HKT)
once your product is shipped to the courier, delivery to your doorstep usually takes an extra 2-3 working days ( may varies on your final location )
*remember that all orders with prescription lenses will take an additional 2-3 business days to process.

how will I know when my order has been shipped?

do I have to pay any custom duties?
you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. these will be due at the point of, or after delivery. please be aware that "eyezolate.com" does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by eyezolate.com, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges and fees.
return & refunds
buying from the internet can be difficult and time-consuming. Therefore, we've introduced a stress free process which includes a 30 days return policy for your order (prescription eyeglasses are incld with conditions – refer to returns page).

how do I submit my prescription:
we (eyezolate.com) provide 3 functional types of single vison prescription lenses…
- Clear lens
- Blue light block lens
- Transitions® lens
you can easily select either type at the product detail page. before submitting your order, please enter your OD (latin terms for right eye) , OS (latin terms for left eye) , PD (your pupillary distance) with are three important statistics.
how do I obtain my prescription:
even though you're shopping online, you still need a valid glasses prescription details ready on-hand — typically no more than a year old — to order. the easiest and most trusted way to obtain your prescription is to see your local & certified optometrist. please ensure you ask your optometrist to include your pupillary distance (PD) on your prescription.

how do I measure the PD value by myself?
your PD is the distance between your pupils.
normally your optician can provide you with this information, but it’s also easy to measure by yourself. ( *please refer to photo )
**the near PD isn’t required on our current prescription lenses offer.
how do I select the correct frame size?
the majority of the eyewear products we sell at eyezolate.com are one-size-fits-all and therefore you will need to select the correct size. the easiest way to find your frame size is to check the size that is printed on the inside of your current frame* wearing. this is usually a good indication of the size you should buy. (*please refer to photo )
also, you can check out the “Virtual Try-on” (VTO) function on our website to virtually try on items from the comfort of your own home just like a mirror.
