at eyezolate.com , we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If you want to cancel your order please contact and email us  at  hello@eyezolate.com  within 1 hour on same day after you placed the order by sending us email from your register email. If the order successfully cancelled you will get full refund, but due to the specialized nature on prescription lens and blue light blocking lens, we will still charge the part of lens upon 6 hours of payment. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been producing or shipped out.


our return policy lasts 30 days. (starting the day you receive your order)

if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging and accessories from eyezolate.com.
- to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from eyezolate.com.

there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. all cases will be notified via email be our customer service team.

refunds (if applicable)
once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

there is a refund amount difference between prescription glasses, blue light blocking glasses and non-prescription glasses. you'll get full refund of non-prescription glasses. the prescription optical glasses, blue light filter glasses, and all the functional glasses in the prescription lenses are customized. due to the specialized nature of prescription lenses and blue light blocking lenses, functional customized lenses are non-refundable. we’re not responsible for prescriptions that are incorrect due to the customer providing inaccurate prescriptions or pupillary distance (PD) measurements, or any other inaccurate information.

eyezolate will not offer refunds when the glasses didn't fit you... please make sure you check our frame size guide in faq page ( sizes are included in each  product page under specifications/measurements ) before making any purchase.

late or missing refunds (if applicable)
if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

sale price or discounted items (if applicable)
at eyezolate.com, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all sale price or discounted items cannot be refunded. this includes any clearance price and discounted items and promotion discount offered.

exchanges (if applicable)
eyezolate.com only replace items if they are defective or damaged by us at time of unboxing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@eyezolate.com

to return your product please contact us at hello@eyezolate.com
you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

if you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
